WORKSHOP ON EEE JOB PREPARATION
On the 23rd of July , 2022, a workshop was held about EEE job sector, job opportunities, with ideas and information.The session was organized by Project club , EEE, UAP . The honorable instructor for the event was Md Parvejul Islam sir who was graduated from Islamic University Technology(EEE), coach on “EEE Job preparation”.
This seminar basically provided us with ideas and information about job preparation. Overall the seminar was very informative and enthralling for the participants.

WEBINAR ON CYBER SECURITY
On the 11th of June 2022, this webinar was held. The instructor for the event was Mr. Rafsan Anwar who is a cyber security specialist, and mentor at the creative IT institute. He discussed the various aspects of cyber security and its defense. Around 65 students participated in this session.

THINK COVID-19 PROJECT CONTEST
This was the biggest project contest after the pandemic situation. The contest was organized by the EEE Project Club, UAP collaborating with "bright skills" where 22 groups of students participated with their various interesting projects based on the Covid-19 theme. This contest made the whole department lively after a very long time and it also motivated the students to make more projects like this in future.

QUMRUL AHSAN, Pro Vice Chancellor - Prof. Dr. Sultan Mahmud, Treasurer - Air Commodore Ishfaq Ilahi Choudhury (Retd), Dean of School of Engineering - Professor Dr. Muhammad Mizanur Rahaman, and Head of EEE Department - Professor Dr. Tapan Kumar Chakraborty along with other Faculty members visited all the stalls and inspired the participants. ALUMNI TALK (SESSION 1)
This talk was focused on the final-year students who were going to face the challenges of the job market. The session was conducted by our honorable alumni Mr. S.M. Kashiful Islam, Manager Sales- Bangladesh, Rochling. He took this session very enthusiastically and advised on various issues regarding the job field. Mr. A.H.M Zadidul Karim, Associate Professor, EEE, UAP was present on the talk.

SEMINAR ON JOURNEY TO ELECTRONICS PROJECT
A seminar on “Journey to Electronics project” had been organized by the EEE project club on January 19th, 2022. Mr. Md. Khairul Alam, Assistant Professor Department of EEE, UAP was the main speaker at this event. However, it was the first on-campus event from the EEE Project Club after a long pandemic period, around 80 students participated in this event. The students enjoyed the event a lot. Mr. A.H.M Zadidul Karim, Associate Professor, EEE, UAP and Mr. Masum Howlader, Assistant Professor EEE, UAP was/were present at this event. They gave inspiring speeches for the students. The seminar was very helpful for each of the participants.

TRAINING ON GRAPHIC DESIGN
A day-long training on graphic design was hosted by the EEE Project Club, UAP associated with the IEEE UAP SB. Mr. Zumanur Rahman was the instructor of that workshop. Participants got a good understanding of graphic design from the workshop. Ashraful Insan Evan was present as guest.

PCB DESIGN WORKSHOP
That was a 2 day-long PCB design workshop, and the instructor was Mr. Md. Khairul Alam, Assistant Professor, department of EEE. About 40 students participated in the workshop. There was also a PCB design competition for the workshop participants where students submitted their own design for a given schematic. The prize-giving ceremony of that competition was held on 30 December 2021.

ARDUINO 101 USING TINKERCAD
EEE Project Club arranged a workshop on "Arduino 101
using Tinkercad" on 2nd September 2021.
The main goal of that workshop was to introduce the
fundamentals that are required to build up a basic project with Arduino. The
workshop was conducted by Mr. Md. Khairul Alam, Convener of Project Club.

BASIC VIDEO EDITING WORKSHOP
On the 17th of July 2021, this virtual seminar was held. This workshop was organized by IEEE UAP Student Branch and IEEE UAP SB WIE Affinity Group in association with EEE Project Club, UAP and the event was conducted by Faysal Hossain Durjoy, Freelance Cinematographer of Chitrakathon and alumni of 25th Batch, Dept. of EEE, UAP. At this event the speaker discussed important aspects of video editing. About 35 students were present in this workshop.

WEBINAR ON ELECTRICAL SUBSTATION DESIGN & SIMULATION
This webinar was conducted by Engr. Md. Fardous Alam. In this session, he mainly focused on outdoor and indoor substation planning and the fundamental topics related to it. About 50 students were present in this workshop.

SERIES OF WORKSHOP ON MICROCONTROLLERS AND EMBEDDED SYSTEMS
This workshop was a package of nine sessions conducted every Thursday starting from 2nd March 2021. Mr. Md. Khairul Alam, Assistant Professor & Convener, EEE Project Club was the instructor of this workshop and he started from the very basics of microcontrollers and embedded systems. Students got clear understanding and gain practical knowledge on embedded systems design from the workshop.

WORKSHOP ON INTRODUCTION TO BASIC ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT AND COMPONENTS
This two-day series workshop was mainly organized for the newcomers to the department of EEE to give them a clear view of common electric equipment and how they can leverage that equipment for making their own project. Mr. Md. Khairul Alam, Convener of the Project Club was the instructor of this event. There was also a quiz competition for the participants after the webinar.

WORKSHOP ON SMART VEHICLE
This workshop was conducted by Mehrab Masayed Habib where he gave us an overall idea of smart vehicles. He discussed and explained how smart vehicle works and what are the benefits us. It was an exciting event. Around 40 students participated in this workshop.

WORKSHOP ON DISTRIBUTION SUBSTATION DESIGN PROTECTION & SIMULATION
To provide a better understanding of substation design EEE project Club, UAP organized an exciting workshop on distribution substation design protection and simulation. Engr. Md Fardous Alam was the instructor of this event. More than 50 students joined this program.

WORKSHOP ON PCB DESIGN
IEEE UAP SB and EEE Project Club, UAP jointly arranged this workshop to introduce the students with PCB design and encouraged and capable/trained them to make their own PCB for a complex project. Md. Khairul Alam, convener of EEE Project Club, UAP was the trainer of the workshop.

It was an exhilarating event which was collaboratively organized by EEE Project Club, UAP and IEEE UAP SB. Around ten groups participated in this competition, and it was held in the plaza of UAP City Campus.

DRONE MAKING WORKSHOP
On April 27, this workshop was organized jointly by IEEE UAP SB and EEE Project Club, UAP. From the workshop students got/learned both theoretical and practical insight on drone making. Thrust, a free robotics educational school in Bangladesh, supported by Rotor Solution Bangladesh conducted this session. More than 50 students were present in the event.

3D PRINTING WORKSHOP
This was an enlightening event conducted by the convener of EEE Project Club Md. Khairul Alam where he demonstrated 3D printing and showed how anyone can make a 3D design very easily using Tinkercad. The workshop was jointly organized by EEE Project Club, UAP and IEEE UAP SB.

WORKSHOP ON BASIC ARDUINO LEARNING
A day-long workshop on Basic Arduino Learning was organized on 21 April 2018. The workshop was conducted by Md. Khairul Alam, Assistant Professor, Department of EEE, UAP.
More than 70 students from different semesters participated in the workshop and they made several basic projects based on Arduino Microcontroller platform. This workshop was collaboratively organized by IEEE UAP SB and EEE Project Club, UAP.
